RightPerson charges a platform fee on top of the freelancer's quote. There are no hidden fees, no subscription costs, and no surprises.
Platform Fee
15% of the freelancer's quote
Minimum fee: €100
This fee covers:
- Secure escrow management
- Payment processing (Stripe fees included)
- Identity verification
- Dispute resolution
- Platform support
Example
If the freelancer quotes €1,000 for a project:
- Freelancer quote: €1,000
- Platform fee (15%): €150
- Total customer pays: €1,150
- Freelancer receives: €1,000
If the freelancer quotes €500 for a project:
- Freelancer quote: €500
- Platform fee (minimum €100): €100
- Total customer pays: €600
- Freelancer receives: €500
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. All payments are processed in EUR.
Refunds
If a project is cancelled before work begins, you receive a full refund. For disputes after work has started, refund amounts are determined by our dispute resolution process.
