1. Describe Your Project
Tell us what you need. Be as detailed as possible about your requirements, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. We'll help you clarify anything that's unclear.
2. Get Matched
We suggest a few qualified RightPersons based on skills, experience, availability, and reputation. Each match includes an explanation of why we think they're a good fit.
3. Agree on Terms
Choose your RightPerson and agree on a fixed price. Once both parties confirm, the project is ready to fund.
4. Fund the Escrow
Pay the total amount (freelancer quote + platform fee) into escrow. Your funds are held securely by Stripe until you accept delivery.
5. Review and Accept
When the RightPerson delivers, review the work against your acceptance criteria. If it meets your requirements, accept delivery and funds are released.
For RightPersons
1. Create Your Profile
Set up your profile with your skills, experience, and past work. Complete identity verification through Stripe Connect.
2. Get Matched
When a project matches your skills, you'll be notified. Review the requirements and decide if it's a good fit.
3. Quote and Agree
If the customer selects you, agree on the fixed price and scope. Make sure you're confident you can deliver.
4. Do the Work
Once the escrow is funded, the project starts. Communicate with your customer through the platform.
5. Deliver and Get Paid
When you're done, submit your deliverables. Once the customer accepts, funds are transferred directly to your bank account.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
Either party can raise a dispute if they believe the other isn't meeting their obligations. Our platform admins review disputes and can:
- Request additional information from both parties
- Mediate communication
- Split funds if appropriate
- Issue full or partial refunds
We're committed to fair resolution. Most disputes are resolved within 5 business days.
